Now my acne sounds a lot like yours. This is what I do now and i very rarely get pimples. I started using the murad acne complex kit. Now i know it is expensive but i love the way it feels. I suggest just getting a really good face wash that removes all makeup. Also, Pick up some pure tea tree oil from like target, In the vitiam section. Use a coton ball and just put a little on my face. Another thing i do (gosh i do a lot but im just trying to give you a few ideas) is i take an aleve liquid gel, Break it open and put it on my problem area's. I leave it on for maybe 10 mins then wash it off. That really keeps my acne under control. I am trying something new tonight...It sounds really gross but i am so tempted to try it. http://www.acne.org/urine-therapy-reviews/524/page...

okay, looks like you have my problem.

i, too, have spent crazy amounts on stuff that doesn't work.

my current home remedies include: honey, toothpaste, and baking soda.

the way i was told to use the honey is put it on the blemish(es) and put a bandaid on it and leave it overnight.

toothpaste is used the same way, minus the bandaid.

with the baking soda, mix equal parts of baking soda and water and leave it on over night. (you might want to test this, i spread it all over my face, and it felt like extremely bad sunburn, so i would just use it for spot treatment.)

Maybe that commercial stuff isn't strong enough for your skin.

Have you tried going to the doctors for a prescription?
