Your girdle set is two hip pads and a tail bone pad: that goes on first.

Unless your league requires a cup...then that would be first.

Knee pads and thigh pads have pockets they fit in within the pants.

And those pants go on last.

Git'er done.

You will know the moment you step onto the field whether you have them on wrong or not.

The hip pads are the ones that look hella funny, the go in the girdle. The a*s pad is like a rectangle that also goes in your girdle. The bigger leg pads are for your thighs and they go in the poCKet in your pants that is near you thigh. The other pads are knee pads. They look like thigh pads but smaller, and they also go in a poCKet in your pants that is by your knees.

the small pads are knee pads and they go on the bottom of the pants. the bigger ones are your thigh pads and they go on the next pocket above the knee-pads.
