HP Pavilion or HP Compaq or a Dell laptop?
I know nothing about Laptops so I was wondering which one does everyone perfer and why? I'm just looking for a standard basic computer. Nothing too specific like a gaming laptop.

It depends on which laptop, both Dell and HP are great manufacturers.
