On average what is the cost of a 1 day or if they make 1 way rail pass for Japan ( I only plan on going from Chiba to Tokyo when I arrive )

1 day rail pass starts from 00:01 AM and ends at 23:59 PM the same day.your train journey should be completed in that span.
If by chance the train gets delayed then you do not need to worry.
For example your train can start from any location at ant time and terminates at any location at any time.but your boarding point and De-boarding point should fall within 00:01 AM and 23:59 PM on the same day.
