Well, first of all who the F*!@ knows?
You didn't include any league settings or say how many teams are in your league.
If there are 20 teams in your league then you are alright. If there are 10 teams then your team sucks.
Palmer is alright and will get you pts ... but is it 4pts/pass td or 6pts? ... and what are the yds per point? If the emphasis is on other positions he won't get you crap for points
Jackson didn't do crap last year and is behind a weak O-line ... Good luck with your first round pick ... you'll need it.
Dunn is going to share with Graham and probably will play more of a backup role. Not to mention all Gruden's RBs are one fumble away from being benched for a few games.
Evans is a good WR ... the problem is QB issues (Edwards is a little banged up and Losman is Losman) and poor weather in Buffalo ... I can't see him catching much in driving snow and wind.
Edwards ... finally a good pick.
Colston ... Another good pick, but the Saints running game concerns me a little ... if Defenses key on Colston and Bush, then his numbers won't be as good as last year. But who knows ... I like him alright.
Gonzalez is good, but he is aging and the chiefs offense struggled at times last year. LJ struggled behind the falling Oline and Gonzalez needs more help from his teamates to help his production. TG is definitely not up to a gates or whitten level.
Cotchery may be a good mid round pick ... you know Farve is going to be throwing the rock all over the field ... but BEWARE ... the O-line Sucks!
Gaints Defense ... obviously good but defenses are typically a matchup position ... I hope you got your defense in the later rounds or you wasted a pick.
Reed is a kicker WTF cares about kickers? Again ... matchup position and I hope you got him late ... REAL late. Besides Pitt is a bad weather city. Better hope the weather doesn't turn on you/reed come fantasy playoff time.
Grant ... did well last year and I think he'll do alright this year. Just has to stay healthy (like all RBs) and needs Rodgers to step up and fill brett's shoes ... if not ... OOPS!
Ricky Williams is a great late round pick ... Although the Dolphins suck, He could be the #1 and with Pennington and Ginn emerging ... he could be a steal ... but then again ... he could smoke some pot and get banned from the league.
Booker ... one word ... Westbrook ... that equals ZERO touches for Booker.
A. Gonzalez could be a late round steal if Harrison goes down again. But if Payton has injury problems no one is going to have #s.
Jackson ... hmmm ... when curtis comes back Jackson won't see the ball ever.
Betts ... whatever.
Campbell ... better hope Carson doesn't get hurt.
AGAIN ... without knowing settings or # of teams no one can tell you if your team is good or not. Because you didn't put that info down ... that leads me to believe that you have no idea what you are doing.
Good Luck!
Edit ...
Good Job with the settings ...
looks like you're in luck in regards to carson ... those settings favor a QB ... yahoo's default is now 4pts per pass td ... so 6 pts for pass td is good for you. Also, 25 yds per point is a lot too ... it was 50 yds per point last year in Yahoo's default. He could single handedly keep your team going unless he gets hurt. The bad news: whoever has brady is going to get MAD points.
Dunn needs to be out of your starting lineup. Whether you hold on to him is up to you. Like I said, Gruden is hell on RBs. Every now and then he'll get pass happy and even a starting RB won't get any touches.
Williams and definitely Grant need to be in your starting lineup.
In a ten team league, I don't like how you matchup. Hey, you could get lucky ... maybe you have "the guy" this year. Teams that had Brady in '07 or LT in '06 or Peyton in '05 or Faulk in his hayday ...etc, etc, etc made the playoffs with just those players and some even won their leagues based on one guy "blowin up."
However, its best to have a deep team so you can be consistent and make the playoffs. Then you can make a run at winning it.
I have a buddy in my pay league that is always there EVERY YEAR. He always beats everyone on the waiver wire/free agent pool ... he got grant last year and Graham. So play the waiver wire/free agent pool to help yourself out. That way, you can get some good players and even do a good trade as well (sell high ... buy low).
Compare your team to mine. I'm also in a 10 team pay league ($100 dues).

My team usually looks way different by the end of the season, but its a decent start. I already think Chicago D and Morris are going to leave pretty quick if they can have a good start and I can sell high or ... I may just have to cut my loses ... I got both of them late so who cares eh?
I plan on playing the waiver and free agent pool and getting some good players when injuries happen ... if I can beat the guy I mentioned earlier. Its tough though if your team is deep, because who would you drop? I like trading two for one deals for an upgrade at certains positions if you get deep.
Good Luck and remember taking DEF,K, and even sometimes QBs late is a good thing.
Also, If I had your team, I'd try to unload the Giants D in combo with another player for an upgrade. Def is usually a matchup based position and the Gmen had a bad injury on thier Dline. If Tenn D is out there get them otherwise, simply add/drop every week and play the best matchup! Tennessee defense is relatively unknown and were a top 5 defense last year and played the colts twice!
AGAIN ... GOOD LUCK!
P.S. Fantasy Football doesn't work like other sports in regards to "IR" spots ... if an NFL player goes on the IR he is done for the year, unlike other sports where they can come back. That's why there are no "IR" spots.

Not crazy about Warrick Dunn or Lee Evans. Grant and Williams should replace those guys in your lineup. Grant is a stud, and Williams is looking good. I don't know how you landed both Jackson and Grant. That's impressive.

You have a good team but warrick dunn isnt gonna get you ****...you have good players on your bench so trade some people to try to get another good RB.

Good team but you definitely should move dunn out of your starter spot and maybe might want to think about dumping him completely.
