Low calorie icecream? frozen yogurt? Ices?
What is a low calorie ice cream or frozen yogurt or iceie or shorbet or something along those lines? Right now im eating a splenda icecream which is 80 cals per half cup...is there anything out there thats less? i know thats pretty good to begin with...but theres always better...any help??? or even a recipe to make an icecream or frozen yogurt ?? thanks =)

Did you try the ben & jerry's sugar free strawberry (with the flying cows on it)??
its also sweetened with splenda and its delicious.
i dont know about the calorie though..
