calories, gain weight?

im 5'5 and i weigh about 115 pounds. i fight in mma tournaments and train daily, but i want to gain about 30 pounds. any suggestions or dietary advice?

    Eat Lots of carbs, and protein. Weight gain drinks are helpful too. Try cytogainer.

    I myself tried whey and was dissatisfied with the taste and only gained 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I gained 30 pounds of pure muscle and kept it on! You don't gain much fat because if you exercise with their all natural protein, you only gain muscle! You can email me if you want me to send you the info I initial found on Herbalife 3 years ago.
