Have you tried sleeping in a chair or propping yourself up in bed.

I am sorry you have to work so much. Whatever you can do at work sitting or laying down do it!
12 hours is a long day of work but try to sleep for more or at least sit with your feet up for way more than 4 hours when you are not working. Make sure you are eating enough and drinking plenty of water as well. Sometimes you can forget to eat/drink when you are working so hard!!
As for sleeping, try the body pillow, between your legs but also to support under your belly when you are on your side.
I found it to be very comfy when I am on my side to have a pillow under my head and a thinner one under my chest/side - kind of random I know, but it might work for you!
As time goes on and you get big, it really may not be feasible for you to work so much. You may want to look into possible other options like short term disability etc.

Try putting pillows on your lower back when sleeping and you know where your knees are put some pillows on the bottom of that part as well. I hope it helps. Good luck

4 hours of sleep is way too little. You should be resting alot more. How far along are you? Is there a way you can work part-time instead? I hope you arent standing on your feet all day.The only thing I could advise is using the pillow but you seem to know that already.Work less.Maybe that'll help.Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

i know you said you tried pillows but try a body pillow, the really long ones that helps me for some reason a lot more than a normal pillow between my legs

try changing the amount of pillows you use. sometimes using too many pillows can causes your body to rest in one uncomfortable place too long

try propping your legs up, that helped me tremendously. Also, being pregnant, you may want to get more sleep than that, you need all the rest you can get
