Will being a President protect GW Bush from being charged and convicted for being a criminal leader? ?

We know that Bush is a criminal. Well his rights as a ex-President secure his freedom from justice after 2-20-09?

List his crimes, otherwise this is just a rant, and will be reported.

If you consider the treason of outing a CIA agent that is a criminal offense.

If a general lied or to give the benefit of the doubt, was completely incompetent as Bush was about the WMD intelligence, he would be dismissed.

He will never be charged, that is never the way it works. Kind of like when Atty Gen Gonzalez was dismissed, all talk of criminal charges went away.

bush's international travel will be restricted.. if he leaves the united states there's a good chance he will be arrested and brought to a warcrimes trial.

as far as inside the united states.. no .. bush is not the only traitor here.. and other traitors will protect him.. to keep the house of cards from collapsing..

they might give him an untimely end tho.. the guy is not the brightest bulb in the country.. and might spill the corrupt beans.. but as long as his daddy is running the show.. and the cia remains loyal to daddy bush.. he shoudl be pretty safe.. from any investigations.. or from being silenced.

Nope. They can prosecute him at any time, and there is no statute of limitations on war crimes. They just arrested that Serbian killer after he had been missing for 15 years, and he will be tried..

No, but not being a criminal leader will. The fact that you don't like him doesn't make him a criminal.

What basis for charges. We are fighting someone in Iraq, he can't be charged with anything but bad judgment, and I know know one would want to be in the defendant's chair for that.
