How can I go to Rennes le Chateau?

Fly to Paris and from there take the train to Carcassonne. In Carcassonne you will transfer to a local commuter train (TER) to Couiza. The trip takes about 9 hours from Paris.

You will need to fly in to Paris and take the train from Paris to Carcassonne via Montpellier or Toulouse. This takes around 6.30 hours, then local train to Couiza and bus or taxi to Rennes-le-Chateau. It's a long trip. Not entirely sure but the nearest larger airport is Toulouse, BA flies there so does Air France. There are lots of other options as well once you get to a main airport.
