What are some practical uses for used catheter tubing?

I hate to throw stuff away if it can be used again.

I know how you feel. I had to have one when I needed an emergency ultrasound at 9 weeks. It was horrible! I never want to feel that again, I thought it would feel better when it's being removed but it feels worse! I've only heard of them using a catheter during labor if you get a c-section. I'm not sure about epidurals though. If it's necessary like in a c-section I don't think you can refuse because they don't want you peeing on yourself. They won't remove it until you can walk again and get your feeling back. It's horrible I know but there's alot we have to go through just for a baby. When I had the catheter put in me I felt like I had to pee really bad and like my bladder was going to burst. The nurse said that it was just the catheter and I wouldn't pee. Minutes later I peed on myself, I was so embarrassed but now I just look back on it and laugh. I do not want to experience that again.

The only thing that comes to my mind is the movie Deep Throat where the doctor is funneling coca-cola in to Ms. Lovelace's holiest of holies and drinking it out. LMAO

Beer sounds much better to me but I was thinking that could cause a yeast infection so maybe it's best just to drink that straight from the bottle! :)

spray paint it a yellowish hue... then glue it to some colorful canvas in a spiral pattern- feel free to attach any other left over medical supplies. This way you'll forever have a memento of the procedure, and a lovely conversation piece for your living room.

Paint them red and sell them as Twizzlers at the local playground.

A penny saved is a penny that you could have easily suckered some kid out of and spent on pop rocks.

Well, you could make some bungee cords to hold things on the back of your truck. Or maybe some nice suspenders. Oh heck there's all kinds of things you can do with it. LMFAO

Well, cut in half it can be used as a double straw for those romantic evenings with a certain lady

You could use it as a flexible straw (sterilize first), as a base for a beaded necklass, belt or bracelet, as a tourniquet, to secure plant stalks to stakes or trellis work.

Give it to me, I'll be needing it myself in a couple more months of answering on P & S - hard to keep from peeing my pants laughing as it is.
