False how? In the US-- If the doctor states an opinion you disagree with, you can't sue for that. If the doctor makes a false statement of fact, that would be different, but you probably still cannot sue if this evaluation was court-ordered. The doctor will have immunity from being sued.

if you had to go to a court appointed psychologist, then your attorney will have the right to cross examine the testimony.

you are also free to hire your own psychologists to prepare their own reports, but bear in mind they can be cross examined too.

as for suing a witness in the case acting in a professional guise, forget it, you are wasting time and money.

better to just prove the rest of the case - the psychologist is not partial to whatever you are on trial for, they are just doing their jobs.

if you want to prove you are not guilty, set about persuading the jury or judge in a different manner.

No. Just because the doctor said you're nuts doesn't mean he's wrong! Maybe one of your personalities was doing the talking while you were taking a little break from reality?

If you are the subject of the psychologist's report, contact your attorney to determine the appropriate next step to protect your rights.

no. a doctors opinion is just that and it will be up to a judge to decide if the doctors findings are true or false.
