It was simply a bad pick on McCain, especially for being a "Maverick". He went with the safe bet.

it's a chance republicans are willing to take. not me. so far from all i see, she isn't qualified, governs Alaska and is a feminist that doesn't believe in pro choice. I honestly doubt she does anything she talks about. They tried to put her up there because she's a woman. To try to persuade the undecided voters, but it's just embarrassing for me as a woman to have republicans think we're that gullible and we'll vote for McCain simply because she's a woman. Read the policies, educate, declare yourself is what i say. then the answer is obvious.

Palin has more executive experience than Obama. She has been Mayor of a small town, served on a statwide commission and Governor of Alaska. Obama was a community organizer under Reverend Wright a well known white hater in south Chicago, then elected to the US Senate because the obvious republican shoe-in was caught in a sexual scandal. Obama has 140 days in attendence in the U.S. Senate. Kinda a no brainer. Palin is far and above more experienced than Obama and he is running for President.

She may be a terrific person, but with only a year as Governor in a state with fewer residents than Delaware, one time Miss Wasilla beauty pageant winner, one time Miss Alaska beauty pageant runner-up, journalism major, brief sports beat writer, former city council member turned mayor of a whopping 5400 citizens in Wasilla Alaska, um...wait this is a put-on, right?

People how quick we really forget. President Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood actor with absolutely no political experience and he turned out to be one of our better Presidents so never think that experience is best when it comes to politics

Yep and she also knows there's 50 States too, better than Barry the Inexperienced who thinks we have 57.

I think she knows where Russia is, since it borders her state.

But her TOTAL lack of national or international credentials is troubling, especially since McCain is likely to die in office.
