Because there is one solution only, we know that its form is p(x-q)^2=0. The solution is 7, we now know that q=7 so that when x=7, the result is 0. so we get p(x-7)^2=0

now we also find that the coefficient of x^2 is a, so p=a.

    so a=p, b=-14p, c=49p, with p is a non zero number
