Problem with my Wii Balance Board?
I bought Wii Fit pretty much straight away after it came out. Everything was working fine with it but I've been out of the country for the past few weeks.
I tried to turn it on before, but the blue light on the power button just flashes a few times before turning off. I've swapped the batteries for some brand new ones but that hasn't solved it. I've also tried to re-sync it but that didn't work either.
I was just wondering whether I should get Nintendo involved, and if I should how do I go about it? I bought the game and board from Woolworths but my parents have just moved house, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to find the receipt. I'm hoping that this is just a superficial problem that someone else has overcome with relative ease though.
Cheers for your help
Chris
Sorry, I'm in the UK. Is there a local (or national) number I can contact?
(I've never had to phone up Nintendo as I've never had a problem with any of their hard or software). Sorry for the confusion!
It was wrapped in it's original packaging when we moved, but yeah I know from experience how little some removal men care about their jobs....

It's not sync'd to the Wii. That's how it behaves when it's not in sync. I'd also be questioning the treatment it took during the move. Try a fresh set of batteries (yes i know you said you did) and then try and re-sync it. If you go to Nintendo.Com, you can switch your location to the UK and it'll pull up customer service numbers for you for there.

I had a similar problem...couldn't get it to sync after a day playing it. I called Nintendo (here in Canada) and they had me drop it off to repair it. Instead of repairing it, they gave me a brand new box with everything in it. Had no problems with them at all :)

Did you attempt removing the batteries or re-putting your Wii? now and back my Wii does stupid themes too. fairly unplug your Wii from the wall, unplug the skill cord from the shrink back of the Wii, wait 3 minutes and plug each and each factor shrink back in. it is going to artwork.
