Is taking baby acetaminophen the same as baby aspirin for protecting the uterine lining when TTC ? Thanks .?

No. The properties of the medicine are different. The aspirin thins the blood. Acetaminophen doesn't.

Nope... very different. I assume they want you take baby aspirin (81mg). This is what I did. Acetaminophen in like tylenol. It is not the same medication at all and will not have the same affect. The aspirin will help reduce the chance of clots forming.

Nope. Acetaminophen is just a fancy word for Tylenol, which has different properties than Aspirin.

No taking Aspirin acts as an Anti-Coagulant (blood-thinner) where-as Tylenol does not
