Why is my weeping birch tree shedding its leaves already in august?
I live in colorado but no frost yet the leaves are turning yellow and falling off but i noticed some blacks dots in the leaves is this normal or is there something wrong with my tree i just planted it in the spring

sounds like it could be some fungus on the leaves. This normaly will not hurt the tree, just be sure to dispose of all the old leaves that fall. Also the tree may have got a little dry and trees will shed leaves so they do not need so much water.

This is typical during the El Nina season. The condensation in the air accumulates on the leaves and a transformation begins. First the leaves turn orange and yellow. Next, the condensation becomes so heavy that the leaves begin falling to the ground. This may, or may not, happen before a violent earthquake.

It sounds like it's just normal. You do have to watch out for birch borer and birch leaf miner keep an eye on it in the spring.
