If she wants you to than yes. It would be a really nice thing for you to do. Getting a test isn't going to change the outcome any....

Have you guys talked about the situation? If so then I say yes, it would be helpful & thoughtful. But if no, then you should bring up the question to her if she would like you to buy one for her.
