Copy entire web page?

Windows XP

Is there a way to copy & paste an entire web page; including Title Bar, Tool Bars, Tabs, & Task Bar, as it's displayed on the screen?

Update:

I'm trying to produce a manual for my parents to follow. They are new to the web. Thought if I could copy what is displayed on the entire screen (not just the content) & paste in WORD. There I could show examples so they could work through it on their own.

there is a button on your keyboard, called print screen.

it only copies as an image what is on the screen, not whatever is at the scrolled down part of the page that you can't see until you scroll.

press the button then paste into office word or paint or something to see the image.

    i hope this helped

Click on "File" at top of browser.

    Click "Save as"

In the "Save as type" dropdown box options, select

    "WebArchive,single file [*.mht]

After it downloads, you can do what you want with it on or off line.
