Does anyone know how to change the signature in MS Word? ?
Whenever I start to type my name, it pops up that I can enter my name with one button, but I do not want my full name as it appears so how do I change the format that my name is in in the Word program? Thanks!!

Go to menu, Help and click on "Show the Office Assistant". Then click on the animated character and on the pop-up dialog that appears type "change signature". From the results returned by the help system the one titled "Modify frequently used text in letters" looks the most promising.
