YES!!!
I got pregnant when I was 13 through a rape and now my wonderful, beautiful, handsome son is 29 and I have the best and most loving relationship any mother could ask for.
I believe that even though we may not co-inline with God's plan, He can take/make any bad situation into a blessing for His Glory.
My rape was an "evil" but my son is a blessing and only a God of love and Mercy could take such a tragedy and show His glory in the mist of it.

GREAT QUESTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes...even Jesus told Peter...to get thee behind me Satan.
We all can stumble and do evil, even as a saved born again believer.
The trouble is that we are in a spiritual warfare. Even Paul struggled...with doing that which he hated...the flesh is continuously trying to have it's way.
I didn't want to leave this question hanging out in the air without adding something more positive to help us all not feel discourged when we fail...A real key in overcoming notonly the harmful effects of sin but sin itself is experiencing true Godly sorrow as opposed to worldly sorrow...Godly sorrow leads to repentance and is redemptive . Worldly sorrow is nothing more than remorse and sorry for getting caught or having sin exposed. It has no redemptive qualities and leads to spiritual death. I'd just like to add that having Godly sorrow leads to repentance and by experiencing this I believe is the only way to find more victory over sin ( humbling but restoring as well) ...King David, Saul who later was called Paul experienced true Godly sorrrow. These are just two who turned from their wrong doing and were very honest to themselves about their sin. The Godly sorrow they felt led them into repentance...some times I think this true sorrow is what leads us to have victory over sin in our lives!
Worldly sorrow leads to just remorse...Judas, Cain and Esau were good examples of what spiritual death is all about.
Hope this helps us all think deeply about our two natures: the spiritual against the carnal...
God bless! :)

I don't think either one 'comes from' the other. If something is evil, it was evil from the begining.

Yes. The boat and compass gave us the slave trade system. Post WWI reformation gave us the Nazi party. And the microphone gave us Britney Spears.
