FELISH: Yeah - Your supposed to get a Congrats letter at every level - attached is also a reminder of the new limits you have for asking questions, answering questions, etc, so expect one when you hit level 4

You get a congratulations email when you go to a next level? Does that go for any level? Because I am pretty close to level 4.
