I consider myself to be a conservative, and my views of Sarah Palin are somewhat complicated. I think she could be a great asset to America, but sometimes I question whether she could do her job correctly, just because she doesn't have that much experience.

The fact that her 17 year old daughter is pregnant does not bother me. My mother and grandmother have always taught me that God knew who our mothers were before we were in our mother's womb. God chose our mothers for a reason and there is reason why Sarah Palin's daughter is pregnant, and that's fine with me. I also applaud her for not getting an abortion. I also don't believe that the fact that her daughter became pregnant reflects upon Palin's "control" or "morals."

All in all, I support her and will be voting for McCain and Palin in November.

    Excellent choice,

Best qualified with 14 years experience in executive decision making

Took on Republican GOP corruption and won!

Has the highest approval rating of any Governor in USA at 80%

Truly promoting family values, a woman who puts her children and family first priority and still has been the best Governor the state has ever had.

She will make a difference in defining leadership in Washington.

McCain has made the best choice he could make at this time in the campaign.

She manages one of the largest states of the USA with a annual budget of 24 billion,, something Obama has never done. Obama's state is tiny in comparison. His campaign is tiny in comparison.

Sadly she will only be VP and not president!

I am not evangelical or far right so I hope you don't mind my 2 cents. My opinion of Sarah is that she a little ingenuous, a little too naive about religion and the rules it imposees on a person, perhaps a little back-woodsy. However, she has integrity, she has a pitbull persona for going after corruption and fixing things for her consituents, she has a reall passion for public service and she is honest.

I think she is a smart lady, just what we need for Vice President or President some day. She is like a lot of other mothers today, working and bringing up her children and yes her child has not turned out like she hoped she would but then again, this has happened to a lot of families in the USA and over the world. She will have compassion.

I think she's terrific, and apparently so do people across the political spectrum in Alaska. Her approval rating has been as high as 90%, currently stands at 85%, and AVERAGES 85%.

You can learn a lot about her by using the special section of links on http://www.usamediaguide.com./ It has links to the Anchorage newspaper and TV stations as well as a link to her biography.

    Exactly what this country needs.

Somebody who has actually DONE something instead of just talking about it.

She understands the problems of ordinary people.

She will make a terrific VP and McCain will be a wonderful president.

I wish you would of added to your question....what is your opinion of Sarah Palin if she was a Democrat....be honest.....

    I like her.

Does she have skeletons in her closet? Yes, who doesn't.

When I compare a firing of a public official and a teen daughter being pregnant to a man that has admitted ties to a terrorist (William Ayers) and a slum lord, I feel really good about her.

Truthfully. The jury is still out. But she is more conservative then McCain.
