  • Why is choice so important to democrats, unless it involves choice to be in a union?

    Choice is the democratic platform:

    Woman's Choice for Abortion

Choice on what sex you marry

Choice on what drugs you put in your body (illegal drugs such as weed)

It's all about choice unless it involves joining a union. Then it is mandatory and choice is not an option

  • Is it OK for Union supporters to physically attack people that they disagree with?

Just wondering if anyone thinks the violent behavior that the unions in Michigan displayed yesterday is OK?

Why is this not being reported on the networks?

  • Why didn't Obama go to Wisconsin?

If this was such an important election as the Dems and Ed Schultz/Rachel Maddow said, where was the President?

  • 2 mm of fluid around the heart of our unborn baby?

At our 20 week appointment ultra sound, the doctor noticed what he called a small amount of fluid around the baby's heart. He said it is a little more than 2 mm of fluid. Everything else is normal, including bone length, bowel, etc.

He said that technology is getting better and better and we are noticing little things like this. He sent my wife to a specialist today just to make sure.

Any idea what this could be? I've heard this is how Down's Syndrome starts.

  • What would cause the radiator overflow tank to be full and the radator empty?

I have a 2003 dodge durango with a V8 and this only happens "occasionally" when I run the air conditioning. It doesn't matter if it's a short or long trip. By occassionally I mean it has happened 3 times. My temperature gauge reads in the redzone and I check the overflow and it is full and the radiator is empty.

    I have done the following:

Had the radiator flushed and all was normal in the radiator

Had the thermostat and radiator pressure cap replaced

Had the head gasket pressure tested and all cam back normal.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am sick of taking it, spending money and getting no results.

  • Does this make any sense, even for liberals?

Wisconsin police agencies are being told through STATE LAW that they have to track the race of the people that they pull over. They have to track the race of all the people ikn the car.

This is being done to see if Wisconsin officers racially profile the people they pull over. It was made state law by Tamara Grigsby, a Democtrat from Milwaukee.

Here's teh kicker, the POLICE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ASK THE RACE OF ANYONE THEY PULL OVER. Therefore, anyone beside the driver will have their race guessed by the officer.

Does this make any sense? Here is a link to the form, take a quick look at line number 22:

  • Enlarged vein on left temple?

I have an enlarged vein the pulsates when touched on my left temple. I am concerned about it because it my doctor removed what he believes is a clogged hair follicle that looked like a waxy mole.

It appeared before the mole/clogged hair follicle was removed. It hasn't grown, but I can feel it. It doesn't hurt, I don't get headaches. It doesn't get worse with activity, it is the same all of the time.

Am I overreacting? Doe I need to go have this checked out again? Any advice?

  • Liberals believe that government should pay for heart transplant?

Last night on Countdown, FDR's great grand daughter was a guest. She literally said I need a heart transplant and I hope the state pays for it.

Since when is it the state's job to pay for heart transplants, or any transplant for that matter?

Where does it stop? Do liberals not realize that the government can't pay for everything?

  • Is this the hate speech that is dividing the country?

I will preface this by saying that I can say whatever I want, however, conservatives, well what I said, says it best.

I wanted to apologize for calling Senator-elect Scott Brown an "irresponsible, homophobic, racist, reactionary, ex-nude model, tea bagging, supporter of violence against women and against politicians with whom he disagrees." I’m sorry, I left out the word "sexist."

    Sincerely,

Is this the hate speech I was talking about Saturday night when I listed all of the republicans that needed to be kicked out of their party for their violent rhetoric?

  • why isn't Obama stopping the price of oil from going so high?

I kept hearing before Obama was elected president that he would not allow oil to get this high again, that he would keep Bush and all of his rich oil buddies from getting rich.

So why isn't he doing it? Does Obama have rich oil buddies he is protecting? Why is this happening? Do all of those that blamed Bush for high oil prices want to take back their attacks?

  • Water backflowing into sump pump pit?

We have owned the house for a year, no problems at all with the sump pump.

However, we now have water flowing back into the sump after a flush. This started after a recent cold snap where we were below zero for a few days. Is this normal? We live in Wisconsin.

  • My wife always takes the other side?

I have been married for 6 years now. We have 2 wonderful boys that are ages 1 and 2.

However there is something wrong in our marriage. My wife lives to call me a hypocrite and whenever I complain about someone else she make sure to take their side and point out all of my deficiencies.

It's to the point where I can't stand my wife. I don't want a divorce, but I can't stand her. I can't be upset at all with ANYONE, no matter who it is, because she lives to call me a hypocrite and then defends the person I am upset with.

Any advice? I don't want to ruin my family, but I feel divorce may be the only option

  • username food fight and the economy?

This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. What if you give money to the unemployed guy and he blows it on crack? Or liquor? Or a cell phone? What do you think of this guy's typical liberal analogy?

Take an economy that only produces potatoes with a rich man with all the potatoes he wants, a farmer that grows them for the rich guy and himself, and an unemployed guy.

If you give more money to the rich guy or the farmer the farmer grows no more potatoes and no more jobs are created. But if you give some money to the unemployed guy the farmer hires him to grow the extra potatoes.

Why do you think giving money to the guy with all the potatoes he wants will do anything? There is no way giving money to the rich guy is going to create demand for goods. It will just increase the deficit.

  • Democrats now the party of NO?

Dems voted to block a vote on Obama Tax deal with Republicans. Before this, Dems were accusing Republicans of grandstanding for the past 2 years and more recently they accused Republicans of not caring about the middle class because they wanted tax cuts for the rich and no unemployment extension.

Is it now the Dems that don't care about the middle class? They are blocking those ever so important unemployment extensions.

  • Has Obama strayed from his principals?

By giving tax breaks to the rich?

I am a recovering conservative that is looking to be middle of the road. I am wondering what others in my situation think about this?

  • Who thinks unions have outlasted their purpose?

I am debating leaving a union because of the greed I see throughout it. It's about getting mine and taking away from the employer, in my case the community in which the school district is located.

Give me pros and cons please.

  • Why do we want to be Europe?

When you look at Europe they are swimming in debt because of social obligations that the government has.

Why do people want us to go down that same road? Social health care has bankrupted most of Europe and now you can add Massachusetts to that list.

How can people not see that California is sinking because of entitlements? The United States is not far behind.
