Depending on what type of car you have, but some cars came out with rack & opinion steering. If that's the case with yours, it's possible you bent the shaft inside of it. That's the only thing I can think of that would keep you from steering the car. Other than some debris of some kind stuck in between some of the moving rods not allowing any of the steering Components from moving properly.

One of your tie rods is probably bent. They control where the tires go. Get them fixed ASAP, if you had a high-mileage car (ie over 100k) then they probably needed new ones, anyway. Get both inner and outer tie rod ends replaced.
Regardless if you DIY or send to a mechanic, either way make sure to obtain a computerized wheel alignment after installing them.
There's an awesome youtube video about testing tie rod ends, link follows:

terrific wager is that the belt, as you reported, being crooked. it rather is probable the comparable (or between the comparable) that is going around the playstation pump and is inflicting a jam. additionally make advantageous while tightening the belt that it has some play or slack in it - some million/4 of an inch while downward rigidity is utilized in the midst of the belt - too tight isn't stunning :)

Sure. If the frame is bent, then the rest will be out of alignment. My guess is that you bent tie rods or damaged a lower control arm or bent a strut. (or all of the above)

You're power steering pump or the drive belt broke. Just have it taken to a shop. If you're asking that question, you're not the one to fix it.

Axel
wheel bearing
power steering
my suggestions: take it to a garage, they usually have computers they can hook it up to.
