Try downloading and installing the Flash plug-in for "Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Safari, Opera" from this site:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.c...
Since Google Chrome is based on the same technology as Apple Safari (WebKit) and uses the same plug in system as every browser except Internet Explorer that plug in should work.
For me it worked without installing Flash but I think it's because I already had it installed in Firefox.
