sports qeustion bout college football for u sports fans......?

last week was the start of the season, there is no preseason every game counts

There is no such thing as Pre Season in college Football. They have an exibition game but they play against themselves spliting the team into 2 teams for the exibition. The regular season started this past weekend. Roll Tide

Baseball .. Red Sox ... I will say I WAS a basketball fan (sorry .. Celtics) but with all the attitudes flying around on the court, then the big strike some years back, I lost it ... and the Celtics were very miserable looking At the beginning of this season my son told me I needed to watch the Celtics w/ this new team ... Kevin Garnett got me hook .. these guys actually pass the ball, set up plays, etc ... and now (I don't get to watch every game) they may even have a good chance to play well in the playoffs ... so it has my interest NOTE: I coached my daughters CYO basketball team years ago ... had fun watching the kids have fun.. and great sportsmanship ... even one a lot of games)

Yes, college football season has started. Technically, there are no preseason games in college football. A few teams played conference games this past weekend, but for most teams this is the non-conference portion of their schedule.

ok dude the season started last week there is no such thing as preseason some teams take a bad team and beat on them wich would be like a pre season but there is no such thing as pre season on cfb

I think technically, this is the preseason (I've heard some call the first few games that) b/c conference games haven't started. But, as far as the BCS goes, these games count.
