Yes its Defamation!
He is being affected simply by having this information made public, as in court documents. It has not only affected his right to enjoy life, but mine as well. My ex is trying to keep my children away from him and will do anything to get this accomplished. Telling lies and stating those lies to others should be enough.

Do you mean defamation, as in defamation of character?
Why did he have an evaluation? How is this affecting his life and his career?

I'm not suggesting you have any kind of a case--but you may have less trouble if you look for an attorney who handles "defamation" cases. Call the county Bar Association.
