Flushable Wipes- any different than regular wipes?

Does anybody know if the flush able ones are truly different than regular wipes. Is it truly a structural difference that won't clog toilets or more of a marketing gimmick??? Since the flush-ables are about 3x more expensive??

I started to use them (the flushable ones) when my daughter started potty training because I thought it sounded like a great idea. Although it is supposedly okay for your septic system, it does say on the package to not flush more than 2 at a time. Well, if they go #2, you're more than likely going to use more than 2 and will end up throwing them away anyways. I stopped buying them and just kept using the regular ones.

You are not supposed to flush the regular ones at all.

Regular wipes will clog the toilet. I was using the regulars and they kept clogging so unfortunately I had to start using the flushables.
