Absolute value and inequalities. Help please!!!?

| 3x + 8 | +4 <- 0. The symbol <- is less than or equal. Please help!!

    sum of two positive number could not be less than 0 but it can be 0. it means that both numbers should be 0 but here it could not happened. so there is no value for x.

    l 3x l <- -4+8

    3x <- 4

    x <- 4/3
