You can either write "Negotiable" or just look up whatever the minimum wage is for your state and use that number. Or just leave it blank. Usually jobs like that offer everybody the same amount at first and then you get raises for staying there for a while...

Your Answer:
As a former hiring manager for McDonald's i would suggest putting higher than minimum wage down. Don't make it too much. Whatever minimum wage is plus 50 -75 cents. Worst case is they don't offer that much. Odds are if you think your more valuable than minimum, then i might think the same thing. odds are they wont meet the 50-75 cents but if they go higher than minimum then you have succeeded. If all you ask for is the least that is all you will get.

Er, for a fast food joint you won't be pulling a salary unless you're management, if that's where they expect you to put your pay then you either put the minimum wage that is in your area, or "Negotiable."
Of course you're likely getting minimum wage no mater what, but since you're applying for an entry level job, you don't want to come off as thinking you're worth more than you really are.

Under any application I fill out I put "Any" same with how many hours a week. I have worked at BK for a long time.. I was hired on the spot... GOOD LUCK!!!

Personally I never put down a salary for any job application, I simply put negotiable.
This way I am not selling myself short. If they plan on paying 8.00 per hour and you wrote 7.50 guess what you are going to make...
Good Luck!

Put whatever the minimum wage in your state is. Though, since you're not 18, they don't technically have to pay you minimum wage.

just put "minimum" or "debatable". surely for a restaurant, they'll give you an hourly wage that you can't debate. also, it's probably close to minimum. if all else fails, $8.00 per hour.
