As the segments CA : AB : BD are in the ratio 7 : 4 : 3, and 7 + 4 + 3 = 14:
CA = 7 / 14 = 1 / 2 of the whole line CD,
AB = 4 / 14 = 2 / 7 of CD,
BD = 3 / 14 of CD.
The whole line is 56 units long.
Therefore:
CA = 56 * 1 / 2 = 28 units.
AB = 56 * 2 / 7 = 16 units.
BC = 56 * 3 / 14 = 12 units.
A is the midpoint.
