If you like this girl then you have to respect her wishes of not wanting a boyfriend now. Now she might have said no because she is busy, going through family problems or simply she wasn't interested. In any case, you know that you have a lot of qualities to give a girl and if she is not interested, there will be a girl out there who would be lucky to have you. With that in mind, if you still want to see if down the road she would be interested, then I suggest that you first try being her friend. Say to her, "Look I know that you are not looking for a boyfriend right now and I completely understand. I think you would be cool to hang out with, so why don't we just be friends and have fun!" If she says okay then be her friend and let her see all the great qualities you have. She may still not be interested in you and just want to stay friends, but think of it this way you are practicing your interactions with girls until the right one comes along. TRUST ME!

Well Try and find a new girl... If that doesn't work the next best thing would be to wait and ask her out later on.

That's just a polite way of letting a guy down. Sorry : ( She's just not interested. There isn't anything you can do. But.......you could try befriending her, be sweet to her in subtle ways. Show her, not in creepy ways that you like her and you are a good guy

you cant force her, shes not in the mood or position to date, give her her space, or if your really good, talk to her, try to solve her problems then she might fall for you

be her friend first and hang out like regular friends do and maybe something will grow. and it usually does

well you can still go out, unless she said it to blow you off.
