I bought a PlayStation 2 to usb converter for my pc and its malfunctioning, what can be wrong?
I bought it to play my FIFA soccer 2008 pc video game with one of my PlayStation 2 controls, but the start button on the control seems tobe disabled or something, its like the buttons are the control got shifted, what can be wrong? you know how PlayStation 2 controls have two joy sticks on the middle, well the left joystick is used to perform dribbles with the players in the FIFA game, and it does not work. I already checked the Game control setting and everything looks normal but its not, i also checked to make sure usb and control are connected right and it is also, so what can be wrong with it? its brand new, can someone tell me what i can do to fix this? other than returning it. this is it in case you cant picture what im talking about

I have one of these and had the same conflict!
First make sure the driver is installed.
KEY:
You must restart your PC to refresh the damn thing and make it respond. Just make sure all controllers and USB are connected.
Then check button configuration again to confirm accuracy.
Also on some games the Controllers are backwards, Controller 1 is 2 and vice versa. Good Luck.

issues like that are purely bought on line. attempt ebay. PS2 controller extension or something. there is one because of the fact i undergo in ideas we had one which you slot interior the participant one plug section and additionally you plug 4 greater controllers in case you understand what i propose
