Can you solve this continued inequality? -4 > x - 2 > 1?

    - 4 > x - 2 > 1

    i.e, 1 < x - 2 < - 4

    1 + 2 < x - 2 + 2 < - 4 + 2

    3 < x < - 2

    i.e, we can say that x > 3 and x < - 2

    i.e, - infinity < x < + infinity

    -4 > x - 2 > 1

    -4+2>x>1+2

    -2>x>3

    or, -4 + 2 > x > 1 + 2

    or, -2 > x > 3
