Has anyone had difficulty putting a Foley into a guy on cocaine?
Young male adult, coked up big time. It felt like it was stopping at his prostate. Does cocaine cause prostatic enlargement (either acutely or chronically)? Guy eventually peed on his own several hours later, but he had to really work at it.

yes chronic cocaine use can cause swelling of the prostate. I hope the guy was out...lol
