home coming dress help?

our theme is neon semi formal i was thinkin of makin my dress and having a corset style top part of the dress an a tutuish bottom wearing bright converse wat do you think any new ideas

    i think the converse would ruin the outfit. but sounds cute.

    Hmmm.... can't say I've ever heard of wearing converse w/ a semi-formal dress. I guess it could be cute -- definitely would be comfortable, lol Did you mean something like this?? Either way -- hope you have a great time! :-)
