Ohio state football, the Media, and the BCS question?
I am currently watching some of this OSU game and I had a couple of , I guess philosphical questions. Why does ESPN continue to pump OSU up? ESPN and other national pundits keep putting them in the top 5 with OKLA , USC, GA, FL, Lsu, maybe a couple others. Other then the fact that they have alot of sex appeal due to the fact that they have a good chance of going undeafeted b/c they play in a weak conference, why is the media so in love with them? is that the reason? b/c 11-0 or 10-1 is intriuging against an SEC team, or a Pac-10 team in the BCS? have we not already learned that this Osu does not have the speed , size or depth to stay on the field with the top 5 SEC teams every year? When you hear OSU in the same sentence with the above mentioned do you want to gag?
I'm not saying they aren't good but do you really need to see them blown out in another bcs game just b/c they built a nice record against a weak schedule? and why does the media love them so much?

I have no clue why ESPN keeps pumping up Ohio State.
The Big ten should be changed to the >>Big slow overrated ten !!
Look who they played so far >2 weak teams from in the same state at home.Give me a break!!

They are up there every year because they win games every year. Same reason as OK. Oklahoma is far worse in bowl games the OSU. Sure they might not be the best team every year but they are always up there. Something you cant say about GA. Even LSU isn't there every year until probably 4-5 years ago.
You think OSU couldn't hang with any of the top 5 SEC teams? The top teams in the PAC 10, Big 10, Big 12, and SEC are all pretty even. Switching conferences and they would still be the top teams.

The question of the year. I think all of america would love to see anyone in the BCS game other than OSU......... I would rather see Texas AM in the title game

So far they are having trouble with the Ohio Bobcats. 28 yards of offense in the 1st quarter.
