Fun things to do in Houston?

Hi! I'm looking at moving down to Houston soon. I was wondering what fun things there are to do in the greater metro area. I'm a soon to be college grad in his very early 20s.

I'm looking for things ranging from fun group activities to small dates. Partying is very fun, but I'm also looking for slightly more tame activities as well.

So... what's fun to do in Houston and the surrounding areas?
