Does Obama not understand that the reason jobs leave America...?

His economic plan is to provide tax incentives to the textile industry.

Namely those new industries created to make all those Burkas---and of course the weaving of all those Muslim prayer Mats that will be required to make that most beautiful sound on the planet to his ears. And who better to recite that call to prayer more eloquently than he.

Along with the taxes, american companies are forced to pay all kinds of benefits and the wages are extremely high compared to other countries. Why would an american automobile company want to pay $28 an hour plus benefits to an assembly line worker, when they can get the same work done in Mexico for $3 an hour and no benefits? It costs too much for that "made in america" label. Now, when Obama imposes his taxes on the oil companies, small business owners, and large corporations, what does he think is going to happen? More jobs will be sent off shore, and the price of fuel will sky rocket sending the cost of food and everything else up also. And the small business owners will go out of business. All these jobs from energy that her proposes are 10 years away since he does not want more drilling. The man is an economic disaster, and it dosnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

If you cut the tax to zero these corporations would still leave. Corporate taxes were higher in the 1950's and 60's and union membership was at an all time high. Yet, US corporation made massive amounts of money because the American wage-earner had cash to buy American made products. Actually, foreign business' do build here. Toyota, Honda, Sharp, Seimans and dozens of others. Besides, as the 'wingers have been saying for years, 'corporations don't pay taxes. The pass their taxes on to the consumer.' Not to mention that the 'tax rate' doesn't say it all anyway. Tax breaks and loopholes carve down the corporate tax bite to the point that they usually don't kick in that much anyway. The last point here is that corporations now use their tax break money, not to increase production that's alrady at 100%, but to buy out other corporations to increase market share. I don't know why the GOP doesn't want to deal with these facts rather than make up a reality that doesn't exist. You have to wonder about a political party that puts corporations ahead of the American wage-earner. If they cared more about 'we the people' than about their friends in the the various industrial mafias maybe they wouldn't have to steal so many elections...but that's another story for another time!

anything about business or what happens with the higher tax issue.

The obama empire, which also stars "queen pelosi the obscene", "court jester reid", and lets not forget "prince biden the foolish" has stated they have "saved or created" over a million jobs in the last year. But, they have no evidence to point to this figure. They keep adding gov't agencies, who have to hire people, so they have probably created some gov't jobs. But, the problem is in the private sector, where the country has lost over 9 million jobs. Unfortunately, the obama empire is anti-bank, anti-small business, and anti-free enterprise. You need all three of these areas of the private sector to do well in order for the private sector to create new jobs. Since "Obama the Ignorant" has done nothing but punish, destroy and attempt to run all of these areas by the gov't, they are floundering, and will continue to do so until he stops fooling with them. Until he does, these areas will not do well, and neither will the private sector. Perhaps we should all get rid of this medieval circus in November.

People seem to forget about small corporations that will either cut employees or totally go out of business. Obama is a threat to our economy no matter how you slice it. I know economists, and he is not an economist. He cannot win this election on that alone.

It's something that Bush and Co. haven't understood either, and it's unlikely that McCain will have twigged to this. So it isn't just Obama, it's the whole Congress, who vote to retain these ruinous taxes.

But they can't leave, who will pay for all that free stuff Obama promised us. Maybe we can talk them into staying, Kinda like Obama plans to talk to terrorists!!!
