Formal style for short hair?

This sort of bob was really big in the 60s (not the hippy 60s, the more glamourous 60s). The way it was worn then had a bit of volume.

Use a regular sized curling iron (smooth) and curl small sections of your hair and tousel your hair with your hands and once it looks good, spray it. (This of course is for the person that likes things a little less stayed.) The best way to do this is to get a spritz and spray the hair before you curl it, smoothly comb the strand, and then curl it (there may be some crackling, but that's just like when you iron a shirt that you're using starch on...don't worry about it).

Just have it very nicely straightened with a little bit of a curvy wave in the fron and use a bobby pin with crystals in it to dress the hair and hold it in place as well.

Well I have got been coloring my hair blonde with regard to a long time now. It's certainly not black but a dark brown. The actual main reason I do this will be to hide the gray hairs which my kids are starting to offer me. I trying to hide my age.

We have blonde hair and I really like it! I love it because it can what looks best on me.
