Don't take P.E, that's about as soft as it gets, it's not the work it's the reputation of the subject. Maybe do Biology instead as that has some similarities but looks 100 times better on a UCAS form. Study business studies though because if your doing business there not going to reject for having it at A level. Maybe do IT at AS if that is what your course involves but look on the Universities website to see what they want.
