Help, my ATT cell phone type Internet card is a piece of ****.?

I am having the same problem with my sierra wireless usb 881. It's now stopped working I called Att manufacture warranty department and they told me the warranty was voided because with my usb wireless card it was getting really hot i did not know if this was normal but you can now see the black mark on the att symbol in front and because of this they voided the warranty. I am going to call sierra wireless my self and raise hell. I will speak to their president if i have to. I know this is not much help but before the burn mark start appearing take it to the store where you bought it and ask for something different. I guess the old saying is true " you get what you pay for".
