I think he deserved more then anybody else in that match except for Kane IMO.

I think Jericho is th best heel in the WWE today, it will be interesting to see how Jericho wining the World title will play into his program with Shawn Michaels.

I think Jericho should defend against CM Punk first, then HBK.

Jericho needs a clean win over HBK and successfully defending the title would be a great step in that direction...

I think Jericho deserved it because he is the best heel on RAW right now. It was pretty funny how he got the pin without Batista noticing. I'm just glad Dave and Rey did not get the title. Kane would've been the best choice but I know he doesn't like to hold the belt. Punk got screwed but he hasn't been in the business all that long to be WHC.

Well he is the best wrestler that they have on Raw that is not injured so I don't think that it was a bad move to give him the title. I didn't like how they wrote Punk out of the main event though. It also made no sense to have him come back later in the PPV after the beating he received from HBK earlier in the night.

Granted he's a great wrestler I just can't figure out with his injury,and C.M. punk's why he fought and not Punk.I can't find a way to like Jericho,never really have.So maybe when HBK or Orton's storyline will keep going and there is your next champ.
