Has anyone had light periods after Depo? ?
So, I had one normal period after a year of being off of Depo. Then, it went away for 2 months and came back as a brownish discharge. I ignored it. Now, it has come back in a spotting type manner.

I have friends who have done Depo-Provera but none of them mentioned that their periods were lighter although it sounds like a side effect of being off the Depo still and your body trying to regulate itself again.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
