You'll need to first make sure that you've registered using the "Register Now" link in the upper-right corner on the main rogers.com page (you'll need the account number for your cellphone found in the upper-right corner of your bill if you haven't already done this). Then login to your account using the Username and Password fields in the same location. Once logged in, look for:
1. "Manage My Wireless Services" in the lower-left corner
2. On the next page make sure that the correct cellphone number is displayed
3. On this page there is a summary of features in your current plan, and where it lists the My5, it should have a link for "Manage My5"

Rogers has a few student plans. They have 3 voice and data plans, two of which are exclusive to Blackberry devices. They also have a voice-only plan. I believe most phones are eligible, for instance the Samsung Galaxy S Captivate, Sony Xperia X10, Blackberry Curve 9300. I would recommended that you visit a Rogers Plus store. Rogers Plus stores are owned by corporate, and have Rogers employees so they are generally more knowledgeable. If you are new to Rogers, you have the opportunity to pickup some great phones for low prices if you sign a 3 year contract.
