Do you lost weight during the fasting month?

May be you have gain more weight during the fasting month?

    Nope. I will say am still at the same weight before this fasting month and maybe after this fasting month, am still at the same weight. Fuh, now i think i need some vitamin to gain weight.

    K.Only thing is if you fast you run the inevidable thing of gorging when you do eat.Just eat light.No fat,carbs.They'll put the weight right back on.And eating right before you go to bed doesn't help.

    Most of the lost could be more likely be due to dehydration.

    If you feel or look fat after fasting, more likely the body retaining water hence bloating.

    with all the foods you saw in Bazaar Ramadhan.. I think most people gain weight..lol

    You can lost and gain weight..

    It depends on your eating habit in taking sahur / buka puasa..
