Yikes, its Ike, where do you live in Texas?

Anyone thinking on coming to Texas this weekend, should think twice..Southeast Texas especially. Hurricane Ike, will be making landfall near Corpus Christi..San Antonio will be in the right Quadrant, which will be the windiest, and the most wettest..Im hoping not to experience any Tornado activity...Where do you live and how are you preparing?

Update:

To the person who commented on this question, about trying to get media attention. Everyone else answered the question in a decent manner..I appreciate theirs, and not yours..Thankyou.

I live in Houston, and frankly I do not care anymore. I bit and ran during Hurricane Rita and nothing happened, after spending 24 hours on the highway to get to Austin (a normal trip take 3). I'm staying put. Have lots of water and non-refrigerated food.

I think it will be just like Edouard or Gustav. We may have some rain but Houston (River Oaks) is 60 miles inland & once a storm makes land fall it loses it's strength. I'm just going about my day & not worrying myself into a wrinkled prune at a young age,

Ever since that Katrina btch hit all media is getting us scared on purpose & they conspire with the stores when people start stocking up on supplies they don't need. TURN OFF THE TV. The media (inlcuding weather people) are ALLL liars!
