Having Trouble With XM?
we just bought an XM satellite radio, and we are having trouble with it. when we try to change channels it says that we only have 3 channels, xm preview, msnbc, and xm sports guide. and if we type in a station, it shows the "background" of that station and says updating and then bounces back to our previous channel. it is really getting frusturating.
please help!!!

Call xm and they will need your reciever number and they will upload it again. Did you subscribe anywhere? You know you have to pay monthly and or yearly you know that right? if you have just call them they will reboot your system.

Ed is right, if you haven't signed up and given them a credit card, you need to do that. If you've signed up, just call them, XM has the best tech support in the business.
