Junior college ticket into College?

I got my GED about a year ago, and I'm currently 18. I stopped going to highschool for personal reasons, so that was my only option. I've been told that the GED equals a highschool diploma but I'm not sure. My question is if I do well at a highranking junior college, like the santa rosa jc, could that be my ticket into a decent 4 year college?

As long as you do well, you are almost guaranteed to get into any four year college that you want. I know that my junior college has a lot of transfer agreements with many of the universities in California.

They usually don't. Bars and liquor stores around college campuses tend to employ people who are very smart about detecting fake IDs. They have to be, because they know they're under special scrutiny from the police, who in turn know that students will be trying to get into the bars. Underage students usually drink on campus at private parties, but the campus authorities will crack down when they can. As for dates, you don't have much of an imagination if you can't think of a place to go on a date other than a bar or some other place that serves liquor. There are restaurants, movies, various campus events (plays, dances, etc.), sporting events -- a lot to do.
